**Note: It is important to apply the listed address when using a GPS for directions. Winterthur has multiple entrances; however, using the this address will take you directly to our main gate.

Winterthur Museum is open to the public Tuesday thru Sunday and is closed on Mondays. Please note our catering office is open until 5 pm Tuesday thru Saturday. Our team will promptly return your inquiry or any questions in the order it was received. Due to our event schedule, some responses may take up to 48 hours.

When arriving on property, Winterthur Museum has free on-site parking in our Visitors Center lot. For those attending a wedding, buses and trams will shuttle you from the parking lot when you arrive to the location of the ceremony or cocktail hour. Please follow the signage carefully when you arrive to ensure you do not end up in the wrong location.

Reserved handicapped parking is available in front of the Visitors Center lot. Guests may drop off passengers at the Picnic House located in the back right corner of the Visitors Center lot. If your party arrives early, the Picnic house has seating, air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi until shuttle service begins.
